Petras Architecture is a BIM standard architectural office from the first idea to the delivery of the project. The office has an extended 10 year experience on BIM Design and has delivered over 200 BIM projects variant in scale and LOD. BIM classification and standards are used to each project, such us cad standards layer structure. Our workflow lets our clients visualize, understand and have a precise cost estimation of their proposal.
Structural & MEP Collaboration
All projects are designed with the structural and MEP networks embeded for easy collision detection and in constant collaboration with the structural & mechanical engineers, to ensure the solidity and the feasibility of each project.
Cost Estimation
BIM workflow allow each project to be fully scheduled concerning the areas and the quantities of all materials and fixtures from LOD 100 to LOD 400 depending of the client needs.
Precise Plans & 3d Models
The delivery of each project is compiled of a plan set and a very detailed 3d Model with all the details in all phase of the construction.
